A New Chapter Begins: Excitement for 2025!

As we step into 2025, I find myself filled with anticipation and gratitude for the journey ahead. This year marks a significant milestone in my path toward becoming an ordained UCC pastor, and I can hardly contain my excitement! By June, I will have completed my classes, bringing me one step closer to fulfilling my calling and serving our community in a deeper, more meaningful way.

In April, I will embark on a new adventure: Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in pastoral care, allowing me to engage with individuals and families during some of life's most challenging moments. I believe this experience will not only enhance my skills as a pastor but will also deepen my understanding of the diverse needs of those I hope to serve. I look forward to the profound connections I will make and the lessons I will learn along the way.

Once I complete my CPE in September, I will be poised for approval for ordination. The thought of finally standing before my community, ready to embrace this sacred role, fills me with joy and purpose. It’s a journey that has required dedication, resilience, and faith, and I am so grateful for the support and encouragement I have received from all of you.

As I look ahead to these exciting developments, I am reminded that every step of this journey is infused with the love and grace of the Divine. I can’t wait to share my experiences with you, as well as the growth and insights that come from my time in CPE. Your support means the world to me, and I look forward to walking this path together as we embrace the waves of change and the promise of a new beginning.
